Check out time is 11:00 AM ET and check in time is 2:00 PM ET.
Our front office closes at 9:00PM. If you will be arriving after 9:00 PM,
prior arrangements must be made and your card will be pre-charged.
You may pay for your room with VISA, Master Card, American Express or Discover.
You may also pay for your room with Cash or Travelers Check, but
YOU ARE STILL REQUIRED TO HAVE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE with the Motel.
We do not accept personal checks. There will be a $25.00 fee charged for any lost keys.
Only one vehicle is permitted on the lot per motel room rental.
Any reservations made under false pretenses i.e. failing to advise us about the total number
of persons in your party including or failing to advise us if you have a pet(s),
or any attempt to mislead or defraud the Owners will be subject to
deposit forfeiture and reservation cancellation.
Reservations can be made up to six months in advance.
Reservations made more than 6 months in advance may be subject to rate increases.
Cancellation Policies:
Reservations must be confirmed with a credit card.
Cancellations will be accepted if made more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled check-in.
If less than 48 hours notice is provided, the full amount of your stay will be charged to your card.
Refunds: No refunds will be given for early departures or due to inclement weather.
Room rates are based on double occupancy, additional guests (up to four people per room) are $20 each.
All rooms are Non-Smoking rooms. Smoking in a non-smoking room will result in a $150.00 Clean Up Fee.
Damage to any motel room, or lost/stolen items will be charged to you.
You will be charged for damage caused by pets, children, or negligence.
Certain pet breeds and the number of pets is restricted by management.
All pets staying at the Westhampton Seabreeze Motel must be pre-approved before arrival.
